Working with you every step of the way, we start by using state of the art Pro/Engineering 3D drafting utilities; these features eliminate costly prototyping time and energy while helping you virtually see your project being protected from anything the elements can dish out.  Next, you can choose to encase your design with off the shelf products or take the next step with Rapid Prototyping Technology (RPT).  RPT is fast becoming the industry standard for prototype development.  Using three computer controlled heads the 3D printers create your design, literally, from the ground up in minutes.  Once the design is fine tuned, we can help you through the transition to longer runs and even plastic injection molding.

With the prototype internals, this enclosure was created in 7 hours and required two test runs before the final product was complete.

We can also give your enclosure a very polished look with a custom escutcheon. Pronounced 'es-cushion', these protective coverings are printed on 15 mil, polypropylene plastic, and are water/weather and UV resistant. Short runs, long runs, we can turn your idea from paper to reality.
