Graphic LCD CFAX Carrier Board

Description: Perhaps it looks like a simple carrier board for the CFAX display, but this board will get you up and running fast! Designed to interface directly to the LPC-P2138 development board, we provide the example code to control the LCD, touch screen, and backlight.
Carrier board comes fully tested and assembled with CFAX LCD screen.

- 128x64 graphic LCD and touchscreen included
- Designed to interface directly with LPC2138 prototyping board
- On-board HV826MG-G to drive EL backlight
- Small-pitch LCD and touch screen connectors populated on-board
- All pins of LCD and touch screen broken out to a 0.1" pitch header

How does one hook this board up to the LPC-P2138 board?
What PINS on the LPC-P2138 board get hooked up to the following PINS on the LCD carrier:
RST, R/W, ERD, RS, BL_EN ?
I know where the data PINS ( D0-D7 ) and touch screen PINS ( TS1-TS4 ) go.
Also, is VCC supposed to be 3.3V?
