Symbol: M02-JST-2MM-SMT
In the SFE Eagle Library, it's easy to misread the origin mark on the M02 symbol as a '+' polarity marker, when that pin in fact connects to the negative side of the S2B-PH package (this part).
I'm afraid I might have just toasted my battery charging chip.. I'm hoping that little wisp of smoke was just flux burning off.
