Core Skill: Soldering
This skill defines how difficult the soldering is on a particular product. It might be a couple simple solder joints, or require special reflow tools.
Skill Level: Noob - Some basic soldering is required, but it is limited to a just a few pins, basic through-hole soldering, and couple (if any) polarized components. A basic soldering iron is all you should need.

I need the long pin version, why do you not carry them ? They are useful on an Arduino.

I'm sorry but we do not actively monitor the comments. I just noticed your comment. I can try to make a suggestion in our catalog to see if we can carry the 2x3 stackable header. We do have 1x3 stackable headers available that you can use.
The longer stackable headers can be trimmed down to size using pliers. Unfortunately, you would have to sacrifice a pin when cutting the long headers (like the 1x12 stackable header) down.
