Description: This a breakout board for the SMD connector for the Nintendo DS touch screen. 4-pin right angle ZIF connector at 0.5 mm pitch broken out to 4 0.1 inch spaced headers.
This connector is compatible with the Sharp Color 24-Bit LCD.

Be sure to read my comment on these not working out-of-the-box with the DS Touchscreens:

This thing works well with other non-DS touchscreens too. I was able to use this with a Sony Ericsson X1 touchscreen to turn my GLCD into a touchscreen GLCD:
