Can a higher power transmitter be used with this setup e.g. Friendcom or Baofeng?
A lot of people are using Baofeng handhelds for APRS (by connecting computers or other hardware to the audio in/out jack), but I haven't seen any specifically using Ardutrack. Let us know what you find!
Mike: I didn't find any examples on the Internet but got transmissions from a Baofeng UV-5R and Kenwood TR-2500 successfully decoding in direwolf. These radios enable PTT on 0V rather than 5V so the coding needs to be reversed.
