I can't get the port connection to work? I've tried different leads. not sure what to do
Sorry about the problems you're having. If you're using Windows 7 we've had reports of USB driver problems. (It works properly on Windows 10 and Mac systems.) If that's not it, please contact our Tech Support department, they'll be happy to help figure out what's going on.
I had this same problem so when I saw this response I tested the same board and cord on a machine with Windows 10 and it worked properly. Have you figured out any work arounds for working with Windows 7? Thanks!
Where can I find source for the demo program the board initially ships with?
If you've installed Arduino support and select LilyPad USB Plus as the board, it will be in File > Examples > LilyPadProtoSnapPlus > Demo.
