The boot button on my main board (double) doesn't work (with the STM32 processor card). The boot button on the ATP board works fine. I couldn't see any trace going to the connector -- is the design defective?

Hmm. Looking at the design files, there should be a via that connects the MicroMod Main Board Double's boot button to the MicroMod Processor's boot pin. If the boot button on the ATB board works but the Main Board Double doesn't, it's possible that there may have been a bad solder connection on a pin on either the button or the M.2 connector.
