    Oh I see, that makes sense! In the video you said that you made the tree negative and the flowers positive - how did you do that?

      The copper tape on the tree is hooked up to negative of the power supply, and the wires coming from the flowers are hooked up to the positive of the 5V DC power supply.

    Hi Sarah - I love your paper circuits tutorial. I also saw your paper circuit flowers in the video you did with the Chibitronics copper tape tree. I was wondering - what did you use on the back to make them magnetic?

      I actually got some heavy duty magnets from Home Depot, and hot glued them to the back of the flowers. To make everything flat, I laser cut a piece to fit the magnets into.
