Hello, Harto!

Hannah Hart visits the SparkFun kitchen to show us how a proper work lunch is done!

Let's have a short, frank talk about the lunches we're eating at work. Hot pockets? Are you serious?

In January of this year, right when we were resolving to kick the bagel bites and give Lean Cuisine one last chance, we had the good luck to encounter the Hello Harto Indiegogo campaign. There are quite a few My Drunk Kitchen fans around SparkFun (and quite a few kitchens, too!), so with a little bit of pleading, we persuaded the powers that be to sponsor an instructional visit from Hannah Hart herself!

Many months later our tour RV rolled out and the Hello, Harto! RV rolled right into its spot. After a fun lunch & learn to get to know Hannah, we got down to business. Here, finally, we can share with you the valuable lessons about breakroom cookery shared with us by a master!

And, since we loved it SO much, we've got a tutorial so you can make your very own (possibly haunted) MDK apron - complete with downloadable audio clips from Harto herself!

Never cook bison on a George Foreman grill.. it should be cooked on a range. Haven't you herd?

Our suggestions were the heaterizer or one of the hotplates that we used to reflow on, but Hannah hadn't started drinking yet, so she went with the grill.

No wonder she didn't pick my kitchen after I pitched it! Either that, or it's because I spelled her name wrong? Here's the video I put together in an attepmt to get my kitchen considered... let me know what you think of my black hoodie. And the guy in the first shot isn't me, but his shirt is pretty cool as well... but not as cool as my hoodie.

I'm confused. Is this supposed to be some kind of spoof? Because otherwise, That might be the worst cook ever.

Oh. Ok. I just watched the one with her trying to cook a grilled cheese sandwich.

Let me get really drunk and watch it again. Perhaps that will help.

Nope. Is this really why we created the Internet?

I'd link to the song but I'm at work. The internet was created for porn.

The Martha Stewart that ADMITS she is a crappy cook...well...a not so sober one.

I must not get the humor as this was somewhat painful to watch. I am all for beer at work though...
