What We Working On?

The <a href="http://www.sparkfun.com/commerce/product_info.php?products_id=8635">electret mics</a> we sell work great, but often need some amplification to be able to hook an analog audio signal to a micro.

The mics work very well and with a 100x simple opamp circuit, we can now pickup noisy things like garbage trucks and hand claps (who wants to build a clapper?).

Normal talking can be picked up as well. The overall goal is to be able to use a microcontroller's analog to digital converter to pickup noises. Should be posted soon!
