In this tutorial, we'll show you how to build a basic Actobotics platform that can be easily customized and built-up for any robotics project you desire. Once you've got the concepts in this tutorial down, you'll be well-equipped to start gallivanting in the world of robotics with impunity. Enjoy!

That sure looks neat. But, what would be the total cost of the “Actobotics Based Differential Platform.” as shown ?

The wishlist with all the parts can be found here. The wishlist tallies the cost of all the pieces used in the build including boards and batteries.

Looks like you’re missing some items on you’re wish list. For instance, the picture clearly shows there should be two 8-inch tubes, not one as currently shown in your wish list. Also missing from your list are the clamps for the Arduino, or whatever board you plan on using.

Sorry about that. The tubes appeared to be in the list when I checked. But you are right about the clips. They are not presently available on the storefront. However there is a link in the tutorial for the .dxf design file. I recommend laser-cutting them from 1/8" Delrin, but 1/8" ABS was used in these photos.

Sounds great Vosper. I've been wanting to start building a robot with differential platform using something like Actobotics and this just fell from the sky! I appreciate all the effort that you guys put into this. Cheers.
