You guys remember Jesse? Our last (for now) hacker-in-residence joined us a couple weeks ago to work on an installation, and while he has left the building & headed home, he finished up his awesome project - dubbed the Harmonic Skew Zoetrope - and was kind enough to leave us with a tutorial, as well as some awesome video of it in action!

Check it out, and thanks again Jesse!

Jesse had a great idea and worked through some tough problems to build a really impressive project. Seeing it run in person was amazing - check out the videos, and imagine a very solid object like a ceramic skull suddenly distort right in front of you. Outstanding work Jesse!

  • Great job Jesse! This is really awesome!
