Well hello, everyone! Welcome back to another Friday Product Post. In May we released the new LulzBot® TAZ 6. It sold out in a little less than 24 hours. We were recently able to replenish our stock of printers as well as a slew of new filament options for you to use. Let's take another look at the new TAZ 6 real quick before diving in to those new filaments.

We also have a new video that is currently being worked on by our videographer, Gregg. Unfortunately one of the key components of this video broke and had to be repaired. This new video should be out next week, but in the meantime here is a little teaser of what to expect:

Look at Shawn Pour!

Oh look! It has something to do with cups and Shawn!

PLA Filament 3mm - 1kg (Black)

TOL-12951

PLA is a bioplastic and makes for a great general purpose filament with smooth surface finish. This filament is very easy to print and is even biodegradable! PLA has minimal warping and shrinking compared with other materials, which means it thrives when making objects featuring flat surfaces and hard angles, or requiring tight tolerances for fit.

ABS Filament 3mm - 1kg (Black)

TOL-12954

ABS is a great general purpose filament with high strength and good print quality. ABS is one of the most popular 3D printing materials available due to how strong it is and its ease of printing. This filament is an incredibly durable plastic that can be used in prototypes or even the parts found on your TAZ 3D printer!

INOVA-1800 Filament 3mm - 1kg (Black)

TOL-13936
Retired

INOVA-1800 prints have a glossy, smooth finish and feature a great balance of strength and 3D printing ease. 3D prints with this filament are dimensionally stable, bridge well, and are a great choice for interlocking objects, props and other functional 3D prints.

Bridge Filament 3mm - 0.45kg (Clear)

TOL-13937
Retired

Bridge is high-strength filament that combines the strength of Nylon 645 and the ease of printing of ABS/PLA. The creations you print in Bridge filament are stronger and more resilient than parts printed in more common materials.

Alloy 910 Filament 2.85mm - 0.45kg (Natural)

TOL-13938
Retired

Alloy 910 has been specially developed to exhibit the ideal characteristics of several different classes of 3D printing filaments. This material offers the strength and durability of nylon with the same minimal shrink nature of PLA. Alloy 910 makes for ideal material to be used in frames or enclosures that are subject to stress and high impact, and items exposed to repeated flexing such as buckles and clasps.
