I'm guessing the Simon now has the Arduino bootloader from the factory like the ADXL345 Eval board??? Or perhaps there's something special in the selection of the Lilypad mode? Just curious.

    • Indeed you are right! It comes with the Lilypad bootloader using the internal 8MHz oscillator. Just click on Tools>Boards>Lilypad Arduino w/ ATmega328, and you'll be good to go. You can also check out the tutorial (http://www.sparkfun.com/tutorials/203) for a more detailed explanation of setup. Have fun!

NOW you're starting to freak me out. Just yesterday I was looking at the SparkFun Simon game kit I bought to assemble for my granddaughter (she's not quite 2, so her soldering days are a little ways off yet.) I was eyeing those buttons and wondering how hard it would be to modify the circuit to act as a control pad for my new AR Drone quad-rotor. I have a printout of the Simon schematic sitting next to me as I write this. Talk about being on the same wavelength! Twilight Zone time.

SparkFun is good at reading minds. I was tweaking my own simon game when I read this.
