Slide Pot - Small (10k Linear Taper)

A simple slide potentiometer can go a long way. Rated at 10KOhm and 0.1W. Comes with solder tab connections. The pot has an overall travel of 20mm and has two mounting holes on top.

    "two mounting holes on top" ... to mount with what? m3 screw doesnt fit; is it m1, m2 or m2.5?

    The photo shows 3 terminals and different mounting tabs than are shown in the PDF spec sheet, which shows 6 terminals (2 duplicates for each terminal) - can you confirm which of the two is actually correct?

    The pinout for this is as follows: Pins 1 & 3 are positive/ground, and pin 2 is the analog wiper. This component doesn't care which end is positive and which is ground, but reversing these will also reverse the direction/value of the wiper.

    I'm guessing that I could use this as a replacement slide pot on the SF Digital Sandbox, correct? I see it has the same dimensions.

    Could this be used as a crossfader? I see there are pins on either end of the slider -- if I hooked up two audio channels, would it apply, e.g. 0K resistance to one and 20K to the other?
