IOIO and Breadboard Holder
This holder allows you to safely secure a IOIO development board and a self-adhesive breadboard in place to easily run jumper wires in between the two to form simple or complex prototyping circuits. Unlike it's cousin, for the Arduino, this IOIO and breadboard holder has been made specifically for use of the IOIO development board
This prototyping holder includes two screws for mounting your IOIO dev board. The self-adhesive breadboard that fits this plate can be found in the related items below.

At least it's a breadboard holder
Seems like Sparkfun is overstock with this stuff and trying to get rid of it ! 0.10$, that's literally free, grab a few of these to round up your payment. Attach any of your stick like mcu dev board and you are good to go.
Possible use case :
Arduino Nano/Mini/Micro prototyping
Mini Robot Base by drilling and attaching wheels
Hot glue your project in the flat bottom side
Make a project enclosure super gluing 6 of these
Use your imagination, you will find lots of use cases !
