ELastoLite Panel - 5x3 inches - Blue-Green

These are blue-green 5" x 3" electroluminescent (EL) panels from ELastoLite®. These EL panels are highly flexible, waterproof, and with a little bit of assembly can be easily be applied to most articles of clothing.

ELastoLite® is a waterproof electroluminescent lamp line that allows you to apply light to any article of clothing or project. Thanks to a 3-dimensional, elastomeric, membranous polymer thick film, this EL line can be applied to almost any surface with no loss to flexibility and movement.

    can the Elastolite panel be heat pressed directly to fabric ?

      It ruins the waterproofing on the panel, which is one of the biggest features of this material.

        Aside from the waterproofing can these be cut without killing the panel.

          Supposedly, yes. You'd have to be very, very careful to not end up shorting the two layers internally (and ruining the panel). However, then you can't use the flexibility feature of this, as that would likely lead to the cut ends shorting.
