SparkFun RJ11 Breakout

This is the SparkFun RJ11 Breakout, two simple breakout boards for the common 6-pin RJ11 connector. These little boards can easily have one of our RJ11 6-Pin Connectors to work with common telephone cables. Each board features standard B/R/Y/G (Black/Red/Yellow/Green) labels on the top of the board to match a standard telephone wire. Additionally, each board has pin numbers on the back side that match with the pins on the connector.

Each breakout consists of two boards -- one for each end of the connections -- as well as mounting holes to help you secure your project in place.

Could someone please tell me the dimensions of the board, once it has been separated from the second board?

It would be nice if the orientation of each breakout board was rotated 90 degrees so that two RJ11 jacks can be mounted without having to separate the two boards.

Simple, functional

Easy to use as long as you get the SparkFun RJ11 6 pin connectors too, which fit perfectly. Random RJ11 connectors may not fit the breakout board.

Worked perfectly

Used to replace damaged RJ11s in a telephone switch box.

These work great

I really like how compact these are and they work well.

It is a nice rj11 breakout

The combination of your rj11 breakout and your jack make the best combination out there for use in board mounted jacks with 3d printed projects. I am using this on a Ceilometer project. the rj11 is being for I2C communication between sensor modules.
