3-pin Male Header Only

PRT-08232 only has the 3-pin Male Header. The picture is confusing. Try looking at this picture => https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B0jwgLkjMWzDeXpnNkZsZ21rQXc .

You will still need to order the crimp pins [ https://www.sparkfun.com/products/8100 ] and 3-pin female housing polarized connector [ https://www.sparkfun.com/products/8096 ] . Make sure that you are using crimp tool [ https://www.sparkfun.com/products/13193 ] for the female housing.

These wouldn't happen to be the same connectors used on computer fans would they? (I mean the 3 pin variety)
    Thanks for your help.

will this allow me to plug a 3-pin servo female cable into a breaboard?

    • Magno32 / about 10 years ago / 1

I just tried this, and it works (kind of). The servo connector is not exact, and you have to pull pretty hard to get it back off. I will be buying the housing and pins to swap out the connector on the motor.
