This cable is perfect for connecting a cable/DSL modem to a router! I hate having excess length of cable to loop and zip tie. I love it. I'll definitely be ordering more soon. Very high quality at a great price.
Red is nice and all but at a previous shop we reserved the color red for ethernet 'crossover' cables. Any red cable that wasn't a crossover was immediately cut in two! And any cable that was a crossover and wasn't red was also cut in two. :-)
Then don't have bought these when you worked there?
It's sparkfun red... adapt.
