Why don't they make it breadboard friendly? I had to cut one of the pins and solder an extension to prevent shorting the pins.
That's the reason for breakout boards to exist.
Does this connector physically plug into this cable? I would assume so and that on the cable pin 4 is NC, pin 7 is NC and pin 8 is pin 6 on the connector. I'm wanting to use this plug with that cable to a roomba

just found it, under CONN_IO it is PS2-6PIN :)
Is there a mating connector for this, ie something to put on the end of a cable?
