USB Female Type B Vertical Connector

USB female 'Type B' connector in a vertical mounting configuration. The 4 connection pins have 0.1" spacing allowing it to be inserted into development boards and perf boards with mild modification. You can either drill two 80mil holes for the support posts, or cut them off completely.

    Since this will fit into a breadboard, how sturdy are the support posts for being bent/rebent, like if I bent them completely to the sides for the breadboard, would I be able to bend them back into place for the final piece or would they be too fragile for that?

    • You'd probably end up breaking them off bending and rebending them. I'd recommend either just cutting them off, or using the breakout board (listed below in the related products), which allows you to add this into a breadboard and have 4 mounting holes available for securing the port.
