after playing with 2 of these, the silver ink cracked near the crimped on connector. after the 1st one cracked i was very careful with the 2nd one and tried to not bend it much and taped it to a rigid backing, but after a while the ink again cracked and the sensor was useless. anyone have any ideas for a solution?

i too saw the ink crack with very little bending, anyone have any input on a solution?

what is the contact rating of the switch??

what is the "local robot convention" you are attending?

I expect that the temperature sensor is the little board next to the PIR. Room air would convect up through the notch in the case.

Be careful with the light sensor, CDS cells do not stand up to moisture well. freeze/thaw = tiny crack = tiny bit of water inside = bad cell very quickly.
