how to enter into transparent mode I think i made some mistake and I am stuck. Black screen is what alll i get and neither of the LEDS glow and also tell me how to enter into configuration mode

What i want is I need to send my sensor data to my phone. Do I need a custom app for the same ?? And I tried using melody smart android and it gets crashed every time when i connect to the BLE mate.Help me out please.
