Soldering lvl 1

These tools are pretty good, and should last you a long time.

The soldering iron isn't cheap, but Hakko isn't going anywhere, and will always have replacement parts.
The solder is lead-free. I usually prefer leaded solder, but lead-free is okay too.
Tip Tinner / cleaner is good because otherwise you have no good way to clean your iron's tip.
Solder Vacuum is great for removing solder from a joint
Solder Wick is fantastic and lets you remove the small bits of solder left after the vacuum
