Customer Service Expert

Pay: $13.00 - $13.00 / hour

Shift: M-F 9-5 Full Time

Department: Support (Customer Service)

We are looking for a new member to our team who interacts with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and inquiries about products and service.

Core Job Tasks:

  • Answering phone calls, emails, inbound chats, and occasional physical correspondence
  • Fielding customers questions including product lead times, payment options, shipping issues, and order processing questions
  • Internal Tasks including processing back orders, contacting customers with open orders, processing purchase orders, and requesting payments
  • Proactive customer contact to resolve issues
  • Backup coverage for reception and/or retail emporium

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proficient in the following computer tasks: typing, answering emails, use of Google products
  • 1-2 years of previous Customer Service related job

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Patience and ability to deal with difficult or emotional situations
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to assess a problem, find a solution, and implement the solution
  • Self-motivated
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
