The bottom deck is practically useless because the standoffs aren't high enough to provide any sort of reasonable access for ongoing maintenance/tweaking. Another good revision would be to mount the DC gearmotors on top of the bottom deck to give the bot better ground clearance. For that matter, wheels of a larger diameter would be nice for the same reason. It's sad when bots have trouble transitioning over a threshold between, say, tile and carpet because they're too close to the ground.</p>
