My wife found an edible silver spray paint that she used to get marshmallows and other pieces the right color. Everything except the LED legs (toothpicks) was edible.</p>

Actually, I came home as my daughter was trying to stretch the licorice for jumper wires. But the licorice just wasn't quite long enough.<br>
I kidded with my wife that without the current limiting resistor she was going to burn up the LED. Then as we were going to bed she was thinking about what kind of candy she could use that would look like a resistor. :-)</p>
