It is labelled as a DIP Module.
does the tx pin give you raw data (E.G: N 40°12.108, W 105°17.097)?
This module outputs NMEA messages which contain the data you're asking about (in a different format but it's ASCII). It will also provide the latitude and longitude formatted as double precision floating point numbers.
I have create a video,Arduino GPS Tutorial, on how to extract the latitude and longitude from NMEA messages using the TinyGPS library. You don't even have to worry about what NMEA is with this library, it's easy to use.
