Is it no-clean or do I need to wash the board afterwards? Thanks.

I have tired 6 different kinds and this stuff is so bad i am throwing it out, not even worth the jar it comes in. I am so glad i did not start out SMT sodering with this stuff. If i did i would have given up way to soon as i would have though i was doing something wrong.
!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS !!!

I have everything I need to do a prototype, and I can load it all into my oven, just not sure what to set. I guess I'll have to try and see how it goes.

The melting point for this stuff seems pretty high. I've tried a few rounds with both a store-bought hotplate and one with a digital temp controller and have yet to find the sweet spot that melts the solder and doesn't burn the board.
I know absolutely nothing about solder paste, but most other lead free pastes I've seen on the innerwebs are at most .5% Cu.. The Wiki page on solder has a handy table showing the melting points of different compositions: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Solder. The only lead free ones they list even approaching this amount of copper are around 3% and those are for "radiator repair"..

The only way I've gotten this stuff to melt is with my hot air rework station blowing around 300C.

Like I said, all I know on this subject is my handfull of attempts recently and what can be gleaned from a few googlings, so I could very well be doing something wrong here. It would be nice to know if anyone else has had any success.

It goes more over how to use stencils, but it does mention that Pololu has SMT stencil service http://www.pololu.com/catalog/product/446 and where to get some other stencil items like mini-scrapers. You should be able to get some basic stencil materials at your local hardware store. We don't sell blank stencil material, but I will pass along as a product suggestion. Hope that helps!

I looked over the datasheet. It mentions to "Keep under normal temperature and dry environment. Shelf life is 6 months. Temperatures < 40C ,Humidity 50 % RH. That document is unfortunately to low quality to be shared. We are working on getting a crisper copy.
