So far works great!

First off, every order I've made through Sparkfun has been delivered in a very timely manor. I had a very hard time finding a motor that ran slow enough until I found Sparkfun and they had everything I needed. The motor is powering a toy blimp to circle round in a big Christmas diorama. The motor seems to be very well built and works great even outside in the cold. I ordered two more of the same motor just in case this one has a problem but I don't foresee that happening. I am very happy with Sparkfun, their delivery time, customer service, everything, and very glad I discovered them and will surely use them again. It's very refreshing to find a place as helpful.

lasted 20 mins then stopped working

i was using it to spin a plate that feeds cases into a drop tube and it worked for about 20 mins and just stopped it didn't jam or anything like that it just slowed down to a stop and now will not spin at all

maybe i got a bad one but not sure

one positive was it had huge amounts of torque before it died

Sorry to hear that, you might have received a dud. You might want to contact our customer service department, they should be able to help you out with this.
