Nothing much to say. Does what it should do.
What about including matching screws?
i agree with this guy, was happy to get the heat sinks, even though it would be nice to get them with the power regulators/mosfets that will end up requiring them anyways but screws would be nice, i had to wait to assemble the project because i had no screws, but otherwise good product
I dug around. This web page shows the individual items in the AAVID heat sink hardware kit:

Basically, you need SAE #4-40 machine screws, nuts, washers, and lock washers. These should be cheaper at your local hardware store than they are in a kit.
The only real advantage of the kit is that it comes with an insulator, but I am going to guess that thermal paste is also more cost effective. If anyone knows of a reason to prefer an insulator over thermal paste, post a reply.

Unfortunately, it does not appear that Sparkfun sells washers or lock washers.
can you provide a datasheet? What is the thermal resistance of this part in degrees C per watt?

You mean a nut and bolt? That's usually how they attach :) Sometimes with a little thermal tape in between for better heat transfer.
What are the EXACT dimensions please?

I believe the Digikey part for this is HS115-ND.
Is this a set of two as in the picture, or a single unit?
It only includes one.
