The Arduino MKR NB 1500 development board is a MKR board that takes advantage of the NB-IOT (Narrow-Band Internet of Things) and LTE CAT M1 cellular bands. These specific bands have been allocated for connected devices. The board uses U-Blox's SARA modules and is fit for global use on Vodafone, AT&T, T-Mobile USA, Telstra, and Verizon (Bands 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 12, 13, 20, 28).

The board is perfect for field-type applications or long range wireless communication. The board also features an on board crypto-security chip.

    There appears to be little to no information on the recommended antenna for this product. There is more information on the GSM1400. What are the main differences between the GSM1400 and NB1500 (beside full versus narrow band)?
