KEMET Electronics R52 AEC-Q200 X2 Film Capacitors are constructed of metallized polypropylene film encapsulated with self-extinguishing resin in a box of material that meets the requirements of UL 94 V–0. The capacitors are designed for harsh environments and meet AEC–Q200 qualification requirements. They offer 15mm to 37.5mm lead spacing, 310VAC rated voltage (50Hz/60Hz), and 0.15µF to 22µF capacitance range with ±20% or ±10% capacitance tolerance. The series operates in a temperature range of -40°C to +110°C.

KEMET Electronics R52 AEC-Q200 X2 Film Capacitors are ideal for worldwide use in electromagnetic interference (EMI) suppression in across-the-line applications that require X2 safety classification. They are intended for use in situations in which capacitor failure would not result in exposure to electric shock.

Typical applications include SMPS for 5G communication and data servers, connections in series with the mains, capacitive power supplies, and energy meters. The capacitors are especially ideal for automotive applications with severe ambient conditions.
