OSRAM Opto Semiconductors KWxx OSLON® Black Flat S LEDs come with excellent brightness in combination with outstanding luminance. These high-power LEDs are very stable, durable, and can be used with standard SMT processes. The Flat S LEDs are designed with a new solder pad layout that allows for high reliability and superior thermal management.

The OSLON black flat KW HHL532.TK LED comes with compact chips that deliver the high light output and are pin-compatible with LUW HWQP. Whereas KW2 HIL532.TK LED comes with compact chips that not only delivers high light output, but they are also individually addressable with an ensured chip-to-chip contrast.

The high-power LEDs feature 120° Lambertian emitter radiation, 3B corrosion robustness Class, and enable low system cost. These OSLON black flat LEDs operate from -40°C to 135°C temperature range and are AEC-Q102 qualified. Typical applications include town light, country road light, dynamic bending light, cornering light, and intersection light.
