The PLPT9 Blue Laser Diode offers excellent thermal resistance and performance, with ESD protection included. Best-in-class reliability is achieved via a hermetically sealed package. The OSRAM Opto Semiconductors PLPT9 5W Metal Can Blue Laser Diode is available in a TO90 package and has an operating temperature of -20°C to +90°C.
