The AVRDragon supports the debugWire debug protocol, and may be used through AVR-Studio to debug the AT90USB162.<br>
So the mkII is not really needed anymore.<br>
Be aware that the AVRDragon comes with a 6-pin ISP connector, without wires, so check the pinout to make the suitable cable...</p>
