RFID Tags - 5 Pack Landing Page

This is a 5 pack of 125kHz RFID tags to be used with 125kHz RFID readers. Radio-frequency identification cards are used in many applications including item cataloging, key card access and animal tracking and identification. These cards are not reprogrammable, but each has it's own unique ID number that can be read from the reader. We suggest using the RFID Starter Kit with these tags. Or you can use any 125kHz reader that works with EM4001 formatted cards. Here are some more specifications for the RFID tags.

  • EM4001 ISO based RFID IC
  • 125kHz Carrier
  • 2kbps ASK
  • Manchester encoding
  • 32-bit unique ID
  • 64-bit data stream [Header+ID+Data+Parity]

Dimensions: 2.13 x 3.35 x 0.03" (54 x 85.5 x 0.8mm)

How it Works and How to Use it:

Be sure to check out the RFID Starter Kit Quick Start Guide for more information on how to read the tags.

These tags will work with a bunch of different readers. In the video below, we explain the difference between our ID-20, ID-12, and ID-2 readers.
