  • same problem with mine, though even 1K didn’t fix the problem completely(I had to get the motor going manually by spinning the shaft before it would start). So I just popped a 330 resistor in and it worked

  • Just put this together and used it to test out the $40 oscilloscope I got off ebay. Fortunately both worked great! Now to get a frequency counter…
