  • Bravo, Nate and SparkFun. Although I wasn't affected by this, it's another example of why I love SparkFun. It would have been enough to explain that there was a problem and you were shipping replacement units, but being open and explaining what happened, and explaining how to fix the problem if you don't want to wait for a replacement... that's pretty awesome.
