  • I'd be really interested in a Bluetooth 4.0 / Low Energy / SMART (sigh) version of this. I can find single-button versions, but nothing with 4+ buttons.

BT4 is an amazing step up from previous versions, I can see all remotes going this way eventually - low battery consumption, no LoS issues.

  • Hey Sparkfun peeps, can you update the links to be to these (newer, better) docs? You'e linking to 0.61 which is < 0.9 that jdf2525 links to above.

  • Do you think this would receive RDS-TMC (Traffic) data?

  • Sparkfun team: Can you put the uLog code up on Github officially so we can improve it? I've got a lot of ideas, and this seems to be your only logging board that has a built in ADC and memory, and can log at high Hz.

I want to improve it so we can control better how and when it logs, and maybe even make it play back. It strikes me that this could be kinda useful for audio...

  • For offline compiling of an RTOS no less, check out http://mbed.org/forum/mbed/topic/272/
Seems quite possible, although I imagine you lose their libraries unless you also link in them. The libraries are cost and royalty-free (as I understand) so they could be useful.

No public wish lists :(
