It stands for Room Temperature Vulcanizing. You can usually find tubes of RTV Silicone glue at just about any hardware or auto store. Some are even made solely for the purpose of gasket material.
You need to double check your nomenclature. This product, the male version, and every other standard computer serial port is actually named a DE9 connector. The only DB connectors are 25 pin parallel port connectors. You can see so yourself Here
The datasheet specifies that it has a starting torque of .98mN*M so there should be very little friction introduced to a system. I wouldn’t know how long it would spin if you snap it however.

Yes in fact that This antenna is actually coiled up inside the phone. I suppose it should be fairly simple just to swap that out with any cellular antenna that you want.
How i solved the bit falling in problem was to use the solid extension shaft recessed fully into the driver. This method gives quick change-out of bits while having a extended shaft only a step away.
This relay is only for AC voltages. For your needs you should use a standard relay or use a mosfet and such.
