  • Or you could just use a socket and leave that poor pin alive…

  • You know, there is a typo just under the CMUcam4 line on the upper side of the board. Silkscreen shows “Ardunio shield”, does that mean that they changed their trademark? :)

  • I have a feeling you forgot the LSM303DLMTR in this post…

  • It would be nice if there was a video comparing the LSM303DLH (old one) with this one, especially the issues with noise, which were quite significant even after calibration on the old one, sometimes it could not even get the right world side (eg. pointing it to the south would sometimes result in reading of east). I heard it was caused by the accelerometer, is there any comparsion in the means of specifications?

  • I am absolutely sure this is not rated at 12V/24A, 24 amps would blow this thing up in first millisecond. In the product description, you probably forgot to add decimal place in front of the 24A.

  • I hope the version shipped will not have those lifted pads where the USB connector should be. And by the way, 12 ADCs? Arduino is really going to be in the heart of every module I make.

  • Actually, this may not mean is steers only full left/right, on some models of cars like this, there is a wormdrive connected to the motor that acts as a linear actuator and steers actually pretty good if you use some kind of odometry algorithm

  • And now to make the unboxing video everybody wants to see…

  • Unfortunately, there is NO delete button…

  • Yes, why it shouldn’t be possible? At least when you are driving both sides the same.
