  • If I understand correctly, the Big Easy Driver (BED) is a 4 layer board offering better heat dissipation, correct?

  • Is this a 4 layer board like the BED? My application uses a variety of NEMA 17, 23 and the occasional 34. For the 34 we've been limiting current to 1.8 Amps (Gecko Drive) but for cost reasons (and inventory) I'd like to use this (or the BED) for all our motors. I realize I'll need to heatsink. Also, confused on bus mode. Can I use this like 4 individual drivers running all four at the same time? Was planning to use one I/O to step two axis plus another I/O to step the other two axis. I'm using the Mini-STM32 (ARM Cortex) as my controller.

  • This seems geared for output isolation, what is offered for input isolation? Needing something multi channel to feed into 3.3V (5V tolerant) inputs on an Arm Cortex.

No public wish lists :(
