    I found this to work great. The only thing I did different was made the two command lines .bat files. One for the fuses and one for the bootloader. I put the hex file, avrdude.exe all in the same folder as my .bat files and then fired off the bat files one after the other. I built the .bat file in a text editor such as notepad or editpad. This way you can copy and paste the the coommand line and just change the comm port and hex file name. Hope this helps! Tom
