    You’ll need a programmer like the this and some sort of AVR programming toolchain. Google programming avr or attiny and that should give you a start, but as of right now there’s no one best resource. There’s an incomplete tutorial on the adafruit website that is probably the best start, but you’ll have to do some searching on your own to fill in the blanks.
