Purchased two of these for evaluation for potential use in a class. Assembled both today, and drove them with an Arduino using a Pololu #713 PWM driver. With both motors set to the same speed, one drove in a 2ft diam circle to the right, the other approx the same diameter to the left! You can feel the difference in friction in the two motors. I guess I should’ve read the “no-load speed” spec of 90 +/- 10 rpm!
Other robot chassis with the same drive system have gone almost in a straight line.
Looks like I won’t be purchasing another 40 of these for the class! It’s actually a disappointment.
