This is a really fun project, but I believe you are a bit off about the capacity here...
The battery itself is 2600mAh at 3.7V - a total capacity of 9.62Wh. You need the circuit to boost this to 5V to charge your phone, and even if you could get a 100% efficient voltage conversion, that's still only about 1900mAh at 5V.
