I was going to get one of these but apparently since I bought a pi zero back in February for a different project it is verboten for me to get another pi zero.
The RPF seems to be selling these things at a loss to try to crowd others out of the market. Does spark fun support this behavior? Is RPF going to become the Walmart or Amazon of low cost single board computers? C.H.I.P. already went bankrupt.

Wow very relevant. I just designed a board for the sparkfun 4 x 7segment displays and used pnp's for the multiplexing.
